Here's How We Do It

STEP 1: THE ASSESSMENT

It all starts with the assessment. We need to find what you're already doing right and where we can improve the other qualities it takes to have throw pain free.

STEP 2: START YOUR PROGRAM

Once we've broken everything down and find the root our your pain, you start training. Everything is tailored towards how you move and where you're at. We're SPECIFICALLY going after the qualities that are keeping you where you're stuck.

STEP 3: FOLLOW THE PLAN

Your program is phased based training. This means we intentionally have phases in place to both push the needle and step back to recover. Following our process will yield the results.

This Is What You Get

THE PROGRESSION BLUEPRINT:

Phase based training with weekly check ins, throwing progressions, and intensity gates. Milestones tell you when to progress, NOT guesswork.

STRENGTH TRAINING BUILT FOR THE MOUND:

Strength moves the needle in development. Our pitchers follow a plan built to support their throwing days and recovery.

MEAL PLANS & SUPPLEMENTS:

We provide custom meal plans and supplement education designed to support recovery, strength gains, and throwing velocity while teaching them how to fuel independently.

On Average Our Pitchers See

ARM PAIN:

Our pitchers post PT see an average of getting back on the mound within 12 weeks and pitchers post surgery report ZERO setbacks.

STRENGTH GAINS:

100+ lbs. or more added to their lifts as our pitchers move heavy weight and then heavy weight FAST.

ARM HEALTH & ENDURANCE:

20+ lbs. of force added to their rotator cuff & forearm, a staple for pain free pitching.
